What must I do if  me or my company find(s) out that our employee has Covid-19 symptoms OR became a close contact OR was tested positive by the Antigen or PCR (Swab) of Covid-19?

Accepted Answer

The steps you or your company need to take are as follows:

Report the case to your location's Hub Manager within a maximum of 12 hours after you receive the information. We will keep the employee’s identity confidential.
Continue to coordinate with your location Hub Manager for the next steps, including the quarantine or isolation of the employee and the contact tracing.

Apa yang perlu saya lakukan bila saya atau perusahaan saya menemukan adanya karyawan kami yang bergejala Covid-19 ATAU menjadi kontak erat ATAU mendapatkan hasil positif dari tes Antigen atau PCR (Swab) Covid-19?

Do I need to be vaccinated in order to enter all GoWork locations?

Accepted Answer

It’s not a mandatory yet in some GoWork locations.

However, we strongly encourage you to get vaccinated against Covid-19 because some GoWork locations building management entrance protocol includes first/second dose (CHOOSE 1) vaccination certificate on Peduli Lindungi application checks upon entryway and only those who are vaccinated will be allowed to enter the premises.

For those with special medical attention that are unable to get the vaccine must provide a medical letter as proof of special medical needs.

GoWork will not be responsible for those whose entries are denied to the location for failing to provide vaccination proof.

Apakah saya wajib divaksinasi agar diizinkan masuk ke semua lokasi GoWork?

Untuk sementara, vaksinasi belum menjadi peraturan wajib di beberapa lokasi GoWork.

Namun, kami sangat menyarankan Anda untuk segera mendapatkan vaksin dalam rangka melawan virus Covid-19, dan juga dikarenakan beberapa gedung dimana GoWork berlokasi telah menetapkan peraturan yang mewajibkan pemeriksaan sertifikat vaksin dosis pertama / kedua (pilih salah satu) dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi di pintu masuk gedung dan hanya individu yang telah divaksinasi yang akan diperbolehkan untuk masuk ke dalam gedung tersebut.

Bagi mereka dengan kondisi medis khusus yang tidak dapat memperoleh vaksin harus menunjukkan surat medis sebagai bukti kebutuhan medis khusus.

GoWork tidak akan bertanggung jawab atas anggota yang tidak diperbolehkan masuk oleh pihak gedung tersebut karena gagal memberikan bukti vaksinasi.

Accepted Answer

Yes, checking in upon your arrival at all GoWork locations is still a mandatory, either via PeduliLindungi QR scan provided by the building or GoWork Visitor Check-in QR scan.

Apakah setiap pengunjung masih harus check-in saat tiba di lokasi GoWork di saat PPKM sudah turun ke Level 1?

Ya, check-in pada saat para pengunjung tiba / masuk ke semua lokasi GoWork masih diharuskan, baik melalui QR scan Pedulilindungi yang telah disediakan oleh gedung maupun QR Scan GoWork Visitor Check-in.

Yes, all GoWork locations are still operating during PPKM period by strictly following the regulations and health protocols set by each Building Management and Government.

Is GoWork operational hours still the same during PPKM period?

Accepted Answer

During PPKM period, GoWork operational hours are from 09.00 - 16.00. However, there might be some GoWork locations with different operational hours complying to the building management regulations.

Your workspace is still accessible outside of these operational hours with your access card as usual.

During this period, our Hub Manager and Hub Associates will alternately Work From Home and Work From Office and will have one person come to the office on a daily basis from 09.00 - 16.00. You can still reach the rest of the team via email, Whatsapp, and calls from 09.00 - 18.00.

The Office Assistant (OA) will be available at GoWork during our operational hours 09.00 - 16.00.

Selama masa PPKM, jam operasional GoWork adalah pukul 09.00 – 16.00. Namun, beberapa lokasi GoWork mungkin saja memiliki jam operasional berbeda mengikuti peraturan pengelola gedung tersebut.

What are the symptoms for Covid-19?

Accepted Answer

COVID-19 affects different people in different ways. Most infected people will develop mild to moderate illness and recover without hospitalization.

Most common symptoms:

fever
dry cough
tiredness

Less common symptoms:

aches and pains
sore throat
diarrhoea
Conjunctivitis (red, watery eyes from inflammation)
headache
loss of taste or smell
a rash on skin, or discolouration of fingers or toes

Serious symptoms:

difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
chest pain or pressure
loss of speech or movement

On average it takes 5–6 days from when someone is infected with the virus for symptoms to show, however it can take up to 14 days.

Please be aware that these symptoms may change at any time following the development of Covid-19.
