What protocols will take place if there is a positive Covid-19 case in GoWork location?

Accepted Answer

In cases where we find a Covid-19 confirmed case who was in our premises, we follow the Government’s guideline and will conduct these protocols:

Closing the location for at least 1 x 24 hours for thorough sanitization
Contact tracing to identify impacted members and visitors
Suspending the access of these members to support self-quarantine and protect the safety of other locations
Continuing the communication and coordination with the confirmed case to monitor and confirm the individual’s health status before his/her entry is granted to our premises.

We do not offer any fee relief for the location closure and access card block. These protocols are done to ensure the health of the whole GoWork community and in compliance with the Government guidelines.

Apakah protokol yang akan dilakukan bila ditemukan adanya kasus positif Covid-19 di lokasi GoWork?

Apabila ditemukan adanya kasus terkonfirmasi positif yang pernah berada di dalam area GoWork, kami akan mengikuti arahan Badan Pemerintah dan menjalankan protokol berikut:

Menutup lokasi terkait selama setidaknya 1 x 24 jam untuk melakukan sanitasi menyeluruh
Melakukan contact tracing untuk mengidentifikasi orang-orang yang terkena dampak kontak
Melakukan penangguhan akses terhadap member-member tersebut untuk memastikan karantina mandiri dilakukan dan keamanan lokasi lain tetap terjaga
Menjaga komunikasi dan koordinasi erat dengan pihak perusahaan dari kasus positif untuk memantau dan memastikan status kesehatan dari yang bersangkutan sebelum diizinkan untuk masuk kembali ke lokasi GoWork.

Selama periode penutupan lokasi dan pemblokiran kartu akses dari member yang terkena dampak, kami tidak memberikan kompensasi atas biaya sewa. Protokol ini harus dilakukan untuk memastikan kesehatan seluruh komunitas GoWork dan mengikuti arahan Badan Pemerintah.

Is GoWork in a clean and safe condition by the time I return to the office?

We have always conducted deep cleaning and sanitization all over the workspace before we are opened and back for operational.

Kami selalu melakukan pembersihan dan sanitasi secara mendalam di seluruh area kerja GoWork sebelum kembali dibuka dan beroperasi.

Accepted Answer

Yes, all GoWork locations are still operating during PPKM period by strictly following the regulations and health protocols set by each Building Management and Government.

Please be aware that there might be different operational hours at some GoWork locations during PPKM period.

Ya, semua lokasi GoWork tetap beroperasi selama periode PPKM dengan mengikuti peraturan dan protokol kesehatan ketat yang ditetapkan oleh masing - masing Pengelola Gedung dan Pemerintah Daerah.

Do I need to be vaccinated in order to enter all GoWork locations?

Accepted Answer

It’s not a mandatory yet in some GoWork locations.

However, we strongly encourage you to get vaccinated against Covid-19 because some GoWork locations building management entrance protocol includes first/second dose (CHOOSE 1) vaccination certificate on Peduli Lindungi application checks upon entryway and only those who are vaccinated will be allowed to enter the premises.

For those with special medical attention that are unable to get the vaccine must provide a medical letter as proof of special medical needs.

GoWork will not be responsible for those whose entries are denied to the location for failing to provide vaccination proof.

Apakah saya wajib divaksinasi agar diizinkan masuk ke semua lokasi GoWork?

Untuk sementara, vaksinasi belum menjadi peraturan wajib di beberapa lokasi GoWork.

Namun, kami sangat menyarankan Anda untuk segera mendapatkan vaksin dalam rangka melawan virus Covid-19, dan juga dikarenakan beberapa gedung dimana GoWork berlokasi telah menetapkan peraturan yang mewajibkan pemeriksaan sertifikat vaksin dosis pertama / kedua (pilih salah satu) dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi di pintu masuk gedung dan hanya individu yang telah divaksinasi yang akan diperbolehkan untuk masuk ke dalam gedung tersebut.

Bagi mereka dengan kondisi medis khusus yang tidak dapat memperoleh vaksin harus menunjukkan surat medis sebagai bukti kebutuhan medis khusus.

GoWork tidak akan bertanggung jawab atas anggota yang tidak diperbolehkan masuk oleh pihak gedung tersebut karena gagal memberikan bukti vaksinasi.

What must I do if  me or my company find(s) out that our employee has Covid-19 symptoms OR became a close contact OR was tested positive by the Antigen or PCR (Swab) of Covid-19?

Accepted Answer

The steps you or your company need to take are as follows:

Report the case to your location's Hub Manager within a maximum of 12 hours after you receive the information. We will keep the employee’s identity confidential.
Continue to coordinate with your location Hub Manager for the next steps, including the quarantine or isolation of the employee and the contact tracing.

During PPKM (Level 1), GoWork official operational days & hours are Monday - Friday from 09.00 to 18.00. GoWork Hub Operations team (partial or complete) & Office Assistants will be available during this operational hour at the locations.

Your workspace is still accessible outside of these operational hours with your access card as usual.

Selama masa PPKM (Level 1), hari dan jam operasional GoWork adalah Senin - Jumat pukul 09.00 – 18.00. Tim Operasional GoWork (sebagian atau lengkap) & Office Assistants akan berada di lokasi selama jam operasional tersebut.

Yes, checking in upon your arrival at all GoWork locations is still a mandatory, either via PeduliLindungi QR scan provided by the building or GoWork Visitor Check-in QR scan.

Apakah setiap pengunjung masih harus check-in saat tiba di lokasi GoWork di saat PPKM sudah turun ke Level 1?

Ya, check-in pada saat para pengunjung tiba / masuk ke semua lokasi GoWork masih diharuskan, baik melalui QR scan Pedulilindungi yang telah disediakan oleh gedung maupun QR Scan GoWork Visitor Check-in.

Are our shared pantries still safe and clean for me?

Accepted Answer

To ensure the pantries remain safe and clean, sanitization of high-touch points is increased and hand sanitizers continue to be provided in the area.

Sanitization of the surfaces of dispensers, microwaves, fridges, tables, cabinet handles and other high-touch points is done frequently daily.

Please ensure you follow these guidelines when using our pantries:

Wear your mask when being in the pantry.
Bring and use your own eating and drinking utensils.
Bring and consume your own coffee, tea, sugar and creamer.
Avoid your tumbler’s lip from touching the dispenser’s lip when taking water.
Sanitize your tumblers and packages before storing them into the fridge. You may sanitize them with disinfectant wipes.
Follow the other fridge etiquette.
Use the hand sanitizer wisely.
Follow the physical distancing markers.
Sit only in the occupiable seats in the dining area.

Apakah area dapur bersama kita tetap aman dan bersih?

Untuk memastikan area dapur tetap terjaga kebersihannya, sanitasi terhadap titik rawan sentuh ditingkatkan dan hand sanitizer terus disediakan di area dapur.

Sanitasi terhadap permukaan dispenser, microwave, kulkas, meja, pegangan kabinet serta titik rawan sentuh lainnya dilakukan secara berkala setiap harinya.

Member yang menggunakan area dapur harap:

Mengenakan masker selama berada di area dapur.
Membawa dan menggunakan peralatan makan dan minum pribadi.
Bawa dan konsumsi kopi, teh, gula, dan krimer Anda sendiri.
Menjaga agar mulut peralatan minum tidak bersentuhan dengan mulut dispenser saat mengambil air.
Melakukan sanitasi terhadap peralatan makan dan minum yang akan disimpan di dalam lemari es sebelum dimasukkan. Sanitasi dapat dilakukan dengan membersihkan peralatan makan dan minum dengan tisu basah antiseptik.
Mengikuti etiket penyimpanan makanan dan minuman di dalam kulkas lainnya.
Menggunakan hand sanitizer yang tersedia secara bijaksana.
Mengikuti pengaturan jarak fisik pada saat mengantri.
Hanya menggunakan kursi yang dibuka di area dapur. Kami mengurangi jumlah kursi yang tersedia di area dapur untuk menjaga jarak fisik yang aman.

Is GoWork operational hours still the same during PPKM period?

Accepted Answer

During PPKM period, GoWork operational hours are from 09.00 - 16.00. However, there might be some GoWork locations with different operational hours complying to the building management regulations.

Your workspace is still accessible outside of these operational hours with your access card as usual.

During this period, our Hub Manager and Hub Associates will alternately Work From Home and Work From Office and will have one person come to the office on a daily basis from 09.00 - 16.00. You can still reach the rest of the team via email, Whatsapp, and calls from 09.00 - 18.00.

The Office Assistant (OA) will be available at GoWork during our operational hours 09.00 - 16.00.

Apakah jam operasional GoWork masih tetap sama selama periode PPKM?

Selama masa PPKM, jam operasional GoWork adalah pukul 09.00 – 16.00. Namun, beberapa lokasi GoWork mungkin saja memiliki jam operasional berbeda mengikuti peraturan pengelola gedung tersebut.

Area kerja akan tetap bisa diakses oleh member di luar jam operasional dengan menggunakan kartu akses seperti biasa.

Selama periode PPKM, Hub Manager dan Hub Associate akan bergantian bekerja dari rumah (WFH) dan bekerja dari kantor (WFO), maka tetap akan ada 1 orang yang hadir di kantor setiap hari dari jam 09.00 - 16.00. Member masih dapat menghubungi mereka melalui email, Whatsapp dan telepon dari jam 09.00 - 18.00.
